Hello Readers,
I have two dream plans for future podcasts. First, I want to record poems and suggest questions so students and teachers without video or Internet access can enjoy learning with poems. Hearing poems aloud is different from reading them on the page.
Also, I want to record short interviews with poets. Some poets such as Ocean Vuong and Monica Sok write in English as a new language. They write so beautifully and inspire us to open our hearts and minds. We can learn so much from them. We can also listen to bilingual poets such as Maxine Hong Kingston, Richard Blanco and Sandra Cisneros. With two or more languages, we have more ways to express our ideas.
